How do I watch the Education modules?
Quick answer: Tap Today, scroll to Education, tap a module, then tap Watch Video. The modules always stay on the Today tab, so you can watch or rewatch any of them at any time.
MOMDAY includes five Education modules for pregnancy and five for postpartum. You see the set that matches your stage.
Watch a module
Tap Today and scroll to Education.
Tap a module (Module 1, Module 2, and so on).
Read the overview and the topics covered, then tap Watch Video.
Tap the heart on a module to save it under Profile > Favorites. Watching a module counts toward your streak.
