What is the difference between Rehabilitate and Build Strength?

Quick answer: You choose one of these during postpartum onboarding, and it sets where your program starts. Rehabilitate starts you in the recovery levels and Build Strength starts you in the strength levels.

The two options

  • Rehabilitate: "I want to reconnect to my pelvic floor and core." Starts you in the recovery levels (Level 1 Early Postpartum, Level 2 Core & Pelvic Floor).

  • Build Strength: "I'm ready to start resistance training." Starts you in the strength levels (Level 3 Return to Strength, Level 4 Signature Strong).

⚠️ Note: MOMDAY also checks other criteria, such as how long ago you delivered, to give you the right program. You may select Build Strength and still be placed in a rehabilitation level.

Change it

Profile > View Program > Change > Postpartum, then pick the other option.
