How do I change my due date or delivery date?

Quick answer: Tap Profile > View Program > Change, choose Pregnant or Postpartum, enter the new date, and tap Start My Program. Completed sessions and favorites are kept.

Change your date

  1. Tap Profile > View Program > Change.

  2. Choose Pregnant or Postpartum.

  3. Enter the new due date or delivery date and complete the remaining steps.

  4. Tap Start My Program.

Your program updates to the week (pregnancy) or level and phase (postpartum) that match the new date. Completed sessions and favorites are kept.
