What do I do when my baby arrives?
Quick answer: Near your due date, the Today tab asks "Where are you in your journey?" Tap My Baby Is Here and answer the postpartum questions. At any other time, go to Profile > View Program > Change and choose Postpartum.

At any other time
Tap Profile > View Program > Change.
Choose Postpartum.
Enter your delivery date, delivery type, exercise clearance, and recovery stage.
Choose your equipment and workout style, then tap Start My Program.
Your postpartum program starts at the level and phase that match your answers.
