Early Postpartum Program

Join our early postpartum program and jumpstart your recovery after birth. This program uses gradual and progressive movement sessions to rehabilitate your pelvic floor and core over six weeks. Available as early as day 1 after birth for vaginal delivery or week 4 after birth for cesarean. Suitable to begin in the first 24 weeks after birth.

Breathing Mechanics
  1. Feel confident, supported and safe as you navigate your postpartum journey
  2. Bring awareness and intention to fundamental movement patterns such as breathing mechanics, deep core activation, posture and pelvic floor function
  3. Provide guidance on how to rebuild your core strength and pelvic floor function after birth
  4. Realign your body and reset your foundation so you can return to fitness programming

Daily movement sessions will vary based on your deliver method, however you can expect:

  • Breathing techniques
  • Spinal mobility movements
  • Pelvic strength and mobility movements
  • Recovery based core strengthening
  • Restorative upper and lower body movements

Program Breakdown

In this program you can expect daily movement sessions to help support, heal and restore your body after birth.

Each week includes five days of movement sessions and two days of rest.

All programming is self-guided, using demonstration videos to showcase the movement.

In additional to daily programming you will also receive access to numerous educational modules, walking guidelines and tips for healing.

Support your personal birth journey with the option to select vaginal or cesarian birth programming.

Acknowledge the unique needs of your postpartum body through slow and intentional movement, relearning and rebuilding your muscle, mind, and breath connection.

Reconnect & Rebuilt

Gradually build optimal postural strength, stability and function in the pelvic floor and surrounding musculature after the physical changes experienced during pregnancy and birth.

Functional Movement

Retrain foundational functional movements while learning intra-abdominal pressure management strategies to help prevent pelvic floor dysfunction symptoms.

Support Recovery

Utilize educational modules to understand your anatomical changes associated with pregnancy and birth, so you feel confident and in control of your recovery process.

Postpartum Foundation

This program is designed to set the foundation to help you return to your body to strength programming.
