I'm Ella and I am so honored to have you here!

As a new mom and certified prenatal and postpartum exercise specialist, I founded Momday with the goal of empowering women to feel strong, confident, and safe as they embark on the journey to motherhood and beyond.

With a decade of experience in the fitness industry, my own pregnancy revealed a clear gap in knowledge among my coaches and colleagues about how to adjust exercise routines for a woman's changing body.

Walking into exercise classes, I was overlooked because my pregnancy was outside their expertise, or I was given vague advice like "Listen to your body" or "Take it easy."

At one of the most vulnerable and alien moments in my life this experience made me feel alone and isolated in the fitness community.

I've since then made it my goal to rewrite this narrative and provide women the support they need during their pregnancy and postpartum journey.

I am deeply passionate about providing this support through movement, the celebration of motherhood, and building a community for women to receive answers and guidance during this incredible period of their lives.
