About the program

You just gave birth, now what?

Join our early postpartum rehabilitation program to begin your recovery after pregnancy and birth.

This program uses gradual and progressive movement sessions to rehabilitate your pelvic floor and core so you can heal from the inside-out.

Designed to begin prior to your 6 week check up. Suitable to begin within 24 weeks after birth.

  • Prevent pelvic floor dysfunction symptoms
  • Rebuild your pelvic floor
  • Reconnect muscle, mind, and breathe
  • Set the foundation for your return to strength

Postpartum Strength

About the program

Cleared for exercise by your doctor?

Are you ready to progress your postpartum workouts once you have been cleared by your doctor? This program gradually re-introduces resistance training to strengthen your body for the demands of Motherhood in mind. 

Expect to be progressively challenged over 8 weeks while still focusing on rebuilding your core and pelvic floor strength after pregnancy.

  • Bridge the gap between postpartum rehab and pre-pregnancy workouts
  • Gradually challenge your core and pelvic floor to improve confidence
  • Progressively increase your strength and fitness 
  • Feel supported and safe in your postpartum training
