How does the free trial work, and when do I have to pay?
Quick answer: Signing up is free and does not require a payment method. Your 7 day free trial starts when you create your account, and you choose a plan after your first workout, when you tap Upgrade, or when the trial ends.

Signing up for MOMDAY is free and does not require a payment method. Complete onboarding and you are in the app. Your 7 day free trial starts when you create your account.
You are asked to choose a plan at any of these points:
After you complete your first workout
When you tap Upgrade in the app
When your 7 day free trial ends

Founders' pricing (subscriptions started by October 31, 2026)
Monthly: $19.99 USD per month
Annual: $169.99 USD per year
Standard pricing (subscriptions started from November 1, 2026)
Monthly: $24.99 USD per month
Annual: $179.99 USD per year
Founders' pricing goes by the date you start your paid subscription, not the date you created your account. If your trial runs past October 31, subscribe before then to lock it in. Founders keep their price for as long as their subscription stays active; if it lapses and you resubscribe later, standard pricing applies.
Prices are shown in US dollars. Outside the US, the App Store or Google Play bills you in your local currency; the exact amount is shown on the plan screen in the app. Subscriptions are billed through the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android) and renew automatically until canceled.
If a price changes, you get at least 30 days' notice (in the app, by email, or by text), and the new price applies from your next renewal unless you cancel before then.
Subscribe at any time
You do not have to wait for the trial to end: tap Profile > gear icon > Membership > Manage and choose a plan.
When the trial ends
If you have not subscribed, a subscribe screen replaces your home screen. You can try a few sample workouts from that screen; everything else is available once you choose a plan.
